About

We built these becauseour own merchants needed them.

DiGiMAA was built out of client work at Binary Technology Solutions, a Shopify Plus partner based in Mumbai, India. After years of building and running stores, we kept writing the same code for the same problem: customer questions, enquiries and complaints scattered across inboxes, DMs and spreadsheets. DiGiMAA is where that code became products.

The brand structure is simple. Binary Technology Solutions is the parent company — the agency. DiGiMAA is the customer-facing brand that develops, publishes and supports the apps on the Shopify App Store.

Why we build apps this way.

Helpdesk suites ask you to run your whole business inside them. Most merchants don't need that — they need the question on the product page answered, the enquiry form to actually arrive, and the complaint to not get lost. So each DiGiMAA app does one job, installs in minutes, and stays out of the way. They don't depend on each other, and none of them tries to become your back office.

How we decide what to build next.

Two inputs: what we see in Binary's client work, and what merchants and partners tell us directly. Both are public — our roadmap shows what we're considering, building and shipping, and our changelog records everything that ships.

What we believe.

  • One app, one job

An app that tries to do everything does nothing well. Each DiGiMAA app owns exactly one moment in the customer conversation.

  • Built, not assembled

Our apps come out of real client work at Binary — problems we've watched merchants hit, not trends we've read about.

  • The roadmap is public

What we're building next is out in the open, and merchants and partners can influence it.

  • Support is part of the product

A communication tool with bad support is a contradiction. We answer our own customers the way our apps help you answer yours.
