How long does setup take? — Ten to fifteen minutes: install, set your complaint reasons and required fields, publish the form.
Does it work with my theme? — Yes. The request form installs as an Online Store 2.0 theme app block, and we can help with older themes.
What customer data does it hold? — The details a customer submits plus the order they reference. Data stays in your Shopify admin, is visible only to your staff, and is removed on request or uninstall.
